This entire tour was awesome, highly recommend. A great time, and great value. My group's tour guide was courteous, knowledgeable, and fun! I had a wonderful time solo. The pickup/drop-off could not have been better - the van arrived at my Aukland hotel's front door, no work on my part. The pacing of the tour was just right, allowing us to see the countryside and enjoy each stop all day. This is a beautiful way to spend a day in New Zealand.
I had an amazing experience visiting Hobbiton and the Waitomo Glowworm Caves with Auckland Scenic Tours. The whole trip was beautifully organised, and the journey itself was just as enjoyable as the destinations.
A special mention to our tour guide, Mike, who was absolutely fantastic. He was caring, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure everyone was comfortable and looked after throughout the day, while sharing so many interesting stories and information about the trip and New Zealand along the way.
I would highly recommend Auckland Scenic Tours. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable day.

Enjoyable Experience
Great experience. Guide Stephen was engaging and informative throughout the day. Enjoyed both Hobbiton and Waitomo venues with a tasty ice cream cone stop to conclude the day.

Incredible day
I had a fantastic time, the driver Steven Johnson was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable, very good driver. The included lunch near Waitomo and the free drink at the green dragon were excellent. The length of the trip was great, allowed for a good day, no time wasted even on the drive, plenty of views. Hobbiton and the Waitomo caves were incredible.
