The short & tall of it

Stephen was a wonderful guide. Pickup was prompt. He gave us lots of useful information about Auckland. Hobbiton was amazing 🤩 was surreal to be on a movie set. If you are a Lord of the Rings fan, you will love it!! Waitomo Caves was beautiful to see too.

The Hobbiton / Waitomo experience was well worth while and can only be recommended

It was well worth having an early start for the day trip. The pick up was over punctual. The driver Mike met us with a huge smile at 6am. That set the tone for the whole day. Mike was very professional towards all passengers and went out of his way to answer all of our questions. The Amosphere on board was created by the driver which made for a very pleasant day trip. The lunch stop was well organised and considering it was not a 3 course meal, (which would have been inappropriate timewise) was of a wonderful standard. I believe this operator is the only one to include lunch. The Waitomo guide also had a wonderful sense of humour. Thank you driver Mike for being a great host. Our experience today has only 1 result. We will recommend Auckland Scenic Tours to our family and friends.

Excellent experience with super friendly guides!

Mike was our tour guide and was fantastic — friendly, informative and great with his communication throughout the day, making sure we got the most out of our time at each stop. We had a great day and would highly recommend Auckland Scenic Tours!
